Intro:
Not sure how all this will be interpreted or understood – {and quite frankly it no longer bothers me, as I realize only a person with an open mind can understand the message before them anyway} – so without further ado, let me try to delve into the thoughts I have concerning the whole issue of race in America…and why some ‘change’ is only skin deep.
Beyonce SuperWoman:
The issue lies not in the color of ones skin, but with the identifying with the pain body.
In essence both sides are as guilty as the other, because both sides exist equally together – just as a coin has two sides which appear to be opposing, yet are intrinsically connected as one.
Take this quote as an example of the problem:
“And it would be a very bold choice. A black Wonder Woman would be a powerful thing. It’s time for that, right?”
As innocent and politically correct as this may sound, its exactly that – politically correct, but not so innocent, as the root is in the victim identity.
Black, White, Asian, Mexican, Red Head, etc.:
What does it matter what the race or the skin color is? What makes one more empowering over the other? If they want the character to resemble the wonder woman we all knew, then bringing in a Red Head would be a stretch even. (I can see a picket line forming now with white, frecklie, red heads wanting to be wonder woman…after all for too long has a woman of power been played by a black haired lady!
)
Do you see the silliness in all this?
I believe Beyonce may just be looking at her own interest, as it does appear she approached the movie studio saying she wanted to play the part of a super hero and recommended them to make a wonder woman movie. – not that this is bad to have aspirations, but leave the race card out of it…after this recent election Im tired of that card.
Some changes just skin deep:
After all, some changes are just skin deep.
As I have said before, if not, I will say it now – why give your power over to a politician? God didnt recommend it, the prophet didnt recommend it when Israel took on Saul, so if those two say no…so do I. – And this is irregardless to skin color.
Obama played the race card, and in truth it was the biggest joke of all.
Related to ol’ Dick Cheyney, who believes for an instance he relates to ‘African Americans’ – after all, it seemed it was his ‘white’ mother that raised him. – let us not forget, he is not black.
First black president is a lie. I say we get a real black man from Africa so Americans can rise from their stupidity and find out some more about world culture. They are living with their heads in the sand.
For that matter, why not the first Mexican president – I can see it now, this would have caused more trouble then anyone can imagine, as I believe many look upon mexicans as poor and stupid. (You know, the general stereotypes we have.) I dont know, I would take a Chinese president…ah, catching on yet? Sounds like a fast food Menu where you order up a color as a main dish, with some extra sorrow stories as the side dish.
Sorrow stories:
The reason that this ‘black’ card is used so widely stateside is due to the collective pain body, or sorrow stories. – Sorrow stories arent limited to one group of people, its open to all races and colors…and not having a sorrow story is the exception. Maybe Jesus and Buddha, Ill throw in Eckhart Tolle, are examples of people who have gone past, or at least recognized the addiction to victimization that the human race tends to have.
For decades now the so called, ‘African Americans’ have carried around an identity of victimization, whether it be real or not. And for the most part, the story they carry around, of being descendants of slaves, is quite old. Im descendant of people who were put down and misused and killed as well – the American Indian. Do you see me making a fuss about how wronged I was because my ancestors werent born with a silver spoon in their mouth? Am I vengeful and say I will show those whites? (Well, self defeating, for as a lot of the ‘African Americans’ I am white.)
Your grandpa did what?
Best story, and I have shared it before, was as a child growing up in the south.
Riding home on the bus with 97% ‘African Americans’ or more. I got to hear their hatred, and comments such as, “your responsible for our poorness, lack of good education, etc. cause your relatives had slaves”.
First, my relatives did not have slaves.
My Norwegian grandfather was probably on the level of a slave from what I can find on records…destroyed the family it did.
My Indian relatives got to walk the trail of tears…yay!
The Victims were the racist:
So here you have the reverse of what one would think…the racism actually is starting from those who take on a ‘victim identity’. They are not present in what is now, but blaming the external world for their apparent lack, etc. – And in this case, because my skin is white, I was inaccurately described as part of the problem, when in truth I probably had more in common with them then they knew.
You create your own monster:
So their own fear, hate, etc., actually pushes people away.
It creates their own enemy. Someone who would be a natural ally is pushed away, and often can get lost in the same hatred which was pushed upon them.
When I met actual Africans later in life, I realized that not all ‘black’ people were the same.
And in fact, ‘Africans’, did not remind me anything of any of the so called ‘blacks’ I grew up with.
None of the sorrow story…no heavy pain body that you can feel just by being around them…but another gracious human being was able to shine through. – The issue of color was not there. In fact, color was not the issue, it couldnt be…
…it was the collective pain body of ‘African Americans’ which was the turn off, so to speak.
Obama & Beyonce:
So here we have two, non black people, claiming to be black.
Its fun to claim you come from somewhere, and to try to make an identity out of it – but if it doesnt work, then no need to keep going down that same path.
As for wonder woman.
You want to be a super hero Beyonce? Then why not act in a new role?
Why try to reprise a role for a different generation… If you do, great. But to do so because its ‘empowering’ to have a black there, is just silly as we will need the Chinese version, etc. But I know, the ‘African American pain body’ is specifically aimed at balancing the ‘white scale’ even if itself is white.
Conclusion:
This is not an easy topic to just rush through and hope to be understood.
But as I pointed out, you either are on track to get it, or your closed minded and have your mind made up anyhow.
If you want to eliminate racism, its not through trying to see how many black roles and positions you can get – but by not even calling that card out.
If your black, fine, but no need to call it out as if there is a race going on…remember your on the same side as that your competing against.
God can only hope that somehow this comes across clearer than how Im writing it.
It truly is simple and empowering once one realizes they can drop the egoic pain body and the identification with a nation, race, or color. Then we can have innovation, and leave behind wonder woman and make some new, and more relevant roles for this new century. ![]()
(Otherwise, we are stuck in the past hey?)

p.s. Obama
People are so much caught up in the color of the president elects skin, that they need to be wary if that change is only skin deep. And when one realizes and understand the issue of the collective pain body in society, then you will realize that the ‘race’ card has and will be used to influence public opinion. (Which is driven by emotion anyway, until one awakes within and realizes you ‘need no king’)
So Obama, I voted myself Lord dAlen… Im a sovereign independent, and I welcome the rest of the world to join me as sovereign independents if they want to fully realize your campaign slogan, “Change you can believe in!”
I believe you are going to have change, but not what the masses think – but then again, politics reflect mass consciousness, and I suppose mass consciousness is only making changes which are skin deep…but hey, we have to start somewhere I guess.
