Fear of not being loved…

Intro:
Do you easily get offended or angry when someone says something that you do not agree with?
Is it that you feel threatened? …That is, are you afraid that your sense of identity will crumble if the ‘offender’ goes unchallenged?

This fear is rooted in the feeling your are not loved or loveable.
Fear creates a sense of urgency to need to create, group together, and make a ‘collective story’ that you can identify with and feel a part of…i.e., nationalism.

Nationalism,
While in and of itself is not a bad thing – it usually is created out of the egos fear and the collective pain body. (For more on ‘pain body’, check out Eckhart Tolles audio books.)

“Us vs. them” really doesnt get anyone anywhere now does it?
Well maybe a safe feeling…but then there are the internal squabbles when there is nothing to fight from the outside. The ego/painbody doesnt let go does it? ;)

Conclusion
No one can walk your path for you – the struggles you have are your own…as well as the victories.
One can point to where they have been – but as Morpheus said in the Matrix, “I can only show you the door Neo, you have to walk through.”

Why is that…simply because of the fact that you are you – and that is unique and special indeed. ;)
There is no one ‘above’ or ‘below’ – each is where they need to be in the timing they are there.

Does this sound like mystical mumbo jumbo? Then dont get lost in the words…they are but pointers.
“The finger pointing to the moon – is not the moon.”

I have written, what may appear on the surface, as some ‘controversial’ material here on my blog.
The fact is that it is there to challenge people to indeed, “look past the words” and not get lost in stories and not to identify with things that are temporal.

We too readily cling to a system of thinking that is the by product of the mental grid created by our social milieu. Its hard to get far if we fight everything on the way – “You stop suffering when you realize you no longer need to.”

Letting go of the Story:
Some people love the stories they are in.
“Life is but a stage and we the actors” (something along those lines by Shakespeare.)
“Life is the dancer and we are the dance” (Eckhart Tolle)

We get so entangled in our stories, that to drop them would be like dieing – and it is…its the death of the ego. The identification with thoughts and forms which are not who you are.
It can feel like you have nothing left…but once you drop it, its like floating weightlessly in space…no struggle and no burdens. (You have to experience it for yourself.)

Am I right and are you wrong? Again, this polarization is the ego not seeing the truth that all sides are connected by that which is greater than itself. ;)
Matrix: “Try not to look at it as right and wrong Neo, the oracle is a guide” (not a god) ;)

“Those who have ears, let them hear” – Jesus.
Point is, no one can be convinced of anything – I have written about this many times before.
If they can be, then its a polar shift and they will be like my post, “Twice the son of hell” mentioned in the Bible.

The point is, true change comes from within…no one can do it for you…which is good, or they would be ‘Lord’ over you. ;)

Peace
